Yes. Our atelier creates custom pieces tailored to your style and measurements. Visit our contact page and select "Bespoke order" as the subject to start the conversation.

Made-to-order pieces typically take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability. We will provide a timeline when you place your bespoke order.

Yes. We offer nationwide shipping across Nigeria with zone-based delivery fees. Standard Lagos delivery takes 2-3 business days; nationwide shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Yes. Store pickup is available at our Lagos studio at no cost. Select "Store Pickup" as your delivery option at checkout.

Yes. Lagos Express delivery offers same-day or next-day delivery within Lagos for an additional fee. Select "Lagos Express" at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard.

Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Made-to-order and customised items are non-returnable.

Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save items to your wishlist, check out faster, and access your order history.
