ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract until payment is verified and the order is dispatched.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. We accept payment via bank transfer, Paystack, and Flutterwave. Payment must be received before your order is processed for dispatch.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom and made-to-order pieces require full payment before production begins. Production timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of order. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return and exchange policy is detailed on our Returns page. Please review it before placing your order. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
