Four simple measurements
Use a soft measuring tape and wear light clothing. Stand relaxed and have someone help you for the most accurate results.

BUST / CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust or chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.

WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually above the belly button.

HIP / SEAT
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape straight all the way around.
04
SLEEVE & SHOULDER
Measure from shoulder seam to wrist for sleeve length, and across the back between shoulder points.
